12 Hospitals from Thailand join HPH!

It is our pleasure to announce that, as per August 2009, the International HPH Network has grown with 12 new member hospitals and health services from Thailand. Thailand has long been at the forefront of health promotion work in a wide variety of settings - but the12 new members are the very first Thai hospitals and health services to officially join HPH.

The new Thai hospital and health service HPH members are:

  1. The Regional Health Center Bangkok
  2. The Health Promotion Center at Saraburi
  3. The Chonburi Regional Health Promotion Center
  4. The Regional Health Promotion Center at Ratcharaburi
  5. The Nakornratchasima Regional Health Center
  6. The Khon Kaen Regional Health Center
  7. The Ubon Ratchathani Regional Health Center
  8. The Nakornsawan Regional Health Center
  9. The Phitsanulok Regional Health Center
  10. The Chiangmai Regional Health Center
  11. The Nakhonsithammarat Regional Health Center
  12. The Yala Regional Health Center

The new members are all under the Department of Health, and we are sure that it will be very exciting indeed to witness the further developments in Thailand - now that the first pioneering hospitals have joined the HPH Network.

Here at the International HPH Secretariat, we are of course extremely pleased to welcome our 12 new members warmly into the HPH family, and we really look forward to many years of fruitful collaboration to the benefit of patients, staff and community.
