Developing Evidence-based Practice for Health
Promotion
The WHO Collaborating Centre for Evidence-Based Health Promotion in Hospitals & Health Services and Windber Research Institute in Pennsylvania present the WHO Winter School 2009.
At the Winter School we will deal with the concepts of:
- Evidence-Based Practice in Health Promotion
- Clinical Guidelines in Health Promotion
- Quality Management in Health Promotion
The purpose of the Winter School is to gain insight and inspiration in these areas. The Winter School will feature interesting lectures, case studies and group work in order to facilitate a close collaboration and sharing of experience among the participants.
The lecturers at the WHO Winter School 2009 are all highly qualified
health professionals and experts of research and implementation. They

Who can participate?
Both HPH Members and other interested health care providers and
administrators can participate in the WHO Winter School.
