HPH Secretariat

The
International HPH Secretariat was established in 2005 and it was placed
in Copenhagen within the WHO Collaborating Centre for Evidence-Based Health Promotion in Hospitals. The terms of reference from WHO were initially described for the period of 2005 to
2008, and the secretariat function was included in the
initial agreement between WHO and WHO CC Copenhagen. At the end of the first four year period, the Copenhagen WHO CC was then redesignated from 2008 - 2011, still having the HPH Secretariat as one of its core functions.
- The HPH Secretariat consists of a CEO, a Secretary and a Technical Officer
Tasks of the International HPH Secretariat
- The International HPH Secretariat handles the administration of members, internal and external communication strategy, database update and development as well as monitoring of membership fees etc.
