Desire to get an overview of the situation at Sørlandet sykehus HF in order to discover existing and lacking competence in the field.

Main focus of the project is to assess the awareness of staff and organisation on caring for migrant patients as lined out in the project Migrant friendly and culturally competent hospitals.
