WHO Summer School 2009

The WHO Collaborating Centre for Evidence-Based Health Promotion in Hospitals and Health Services and the National Network of Greece present the WHO Summer School 2009.

The WHO Summer School 2009 targets the National / Regional Coordinators and Task Force Leaders within the International HPH Network and others working with quality management in hospitals and health services.

Together we will deal with subjects such as:

  • Standards and Indicators
  • Quality based reimbursement
  • WHO recognition

The purpose of the Summer School is to find out the latest developments and to gain insight and inspiration in these areas. The Summer School will feature interesting lectures, case studies and group work in order to facilitate a close collaboration and sharing of experience among the participants.

The lecturers at the WHO Summer School 2009 are all highly qualified health professionals, consultants and experts of research and implementation. They all contribute to the Summer School at no cost.

Who can participate?

Both HPH Members and other interested health care providers and administrators can participate in the WHO Summer School.

The WHO Summer School 2009 venue:

Creta Maris Convention & Golf Centre, Crete, Greece

Date: 4th to 5th of May 2009

Fee: The participation fee is EUR 100
